旅游驱动下乡村显性—隐性转型解析

摘要

发展旅游业被视为促进乡村经济增长、发掘乡村特色文旅资源、激发乡村内生活力的重要途径。论文解析了旅游驱动下乡村显性—隐性转型的内涵，以南京黄龙岘茶文化村为案例，剖析了其显性—隐性转型过程与机理。研究发现：① “乡村显性转型”是乡村能被直接观察或测量的实体要素及其属性的转变，具有可视性与关联性特征；“乡村隐性转型”是乡村不易直接被观测或察觉、需通过深入调查分析才能明晰的转变，其特征表现为内隐性与复杂多变性。② 土地利用旅游化、建筑空间旅游化和基础设施旅游化是黄龙岘显性转型的典型特征，生产方式多元化、生活方式多彩化和生态治理协同化是其隐性转型的典型特征。③ 旅游驱动下乡村(黄龙岘)转型是显性—隐性交互的结果，显性转型早于隐性转型并影响其转型进程，隐性转型是显性转型成效的投射。④ 资源禀赋和文化内涵构成黄龙岘显性—隐性转型的基底，乡村旅游发展的外在条件、构建共享共治秩序的内在需求则为转型提供了动力。研究结论可以拓展乡村转型发展理论，更加全面、清晰、有效地解析在各类要素交织互动作用下乡村转型过程，为其他相关研究提供新的理论支撑和案例参考。

Abstract

The development of tourism has been recognized as a crucial approach to promoting rural economic growth, leveraging unique cultural and tourism resources, and revitalizing rural endogenous vitality. This study elucidated the connotation of tourism-driven explicit-implicit rural transformation, and used Huanglongxian Tea Culture Village of Nanjing City as a case study to analyze its transformation processes and mechanisms. From the research, four key findings emerged: 1) Rural explicit transformation manifested as observable or measurable changes in tangible elements and their attributes, characterized by visibility and connectivity. Rural implicit transformation refers to less perceptible shifts that require in-depth investigation, exhibiting characteristics of implicitness and multifaceted complexity. 2) The explicit transformation of Huanglongxian is typified by tourism-oriented land use restructuring, architectural spatial adaptation, and infrastructure enhancement, while its implicit transformation features diversified production modes, enriched lifestyle patterns, and synergistic ecological governance. 3) Rural transformation under tourism impetus results from explicit-implicit interactions, where explicit changes precede and influence implicit transformation processes, with the latter reflecting the outcomes of explicit changes. 4) Resource endowment and cultural connotations form the foundation for Huanglongxian's explicit-implicit transformation, with external conditions of rural tourism development and internal demands for collaborative governance as driving forces. This research expanded rural transformation theory by systematically analyzing the interaction mechanisms of multidimensional elements, offering novel theoretical perspectives and empirical references for understanding complex rural transition processes.
