本文论述了军事旅游资源开发利用的重要意义、原则、分类及其特征和发展方向。认为军事旅游资源丰富多彩，只要开发利用得当，其旅游市场前景十分广阔。目前我国军事旅游资源利用尚处于初始阶段，有着巨大的发展潜力，值得旅游部门深化挖掘。

Military tourist resources are the special tourist resources, being bound up with the war and the peace. The development of military tourist resources is attached importance to developed countries over the world, but the development in China is still in primary stage. With many examples in this paper the development of military tourist resources is discussed in three aspects: the importance of the development, four principles of the development, and the classification of military tourist resources.
