南水北调西线工程与区域持续发展

摘要: 南水北调西线工程,其目标是开发西北,发展中西部经济。本文介绍了西线调水区的地理背景及其历史地理与环境演变,对若干典型地区作了重点分析。同时,通过区域工程信息系统的建立,评述了西线调水工程与区域的持续发展,并以雅砻江调水45亿m3的效益模拟分析为例,研究了其对区域经济持续发展的重要性。

Abstract: This paper introduces the geography background, history geography and its environmental evolution of the water transfer region in the west of China and focuses on the analysis of several typical areas. Meanwhile, by establishing regional engineering information system, this paper discribes and estimates the effect of the water transfer project and the sustainable development in the west. Also, based on the example of the benefit simulation analysis of 4.5 billion cubic metres of water transfer from Yalong River, this paper demonstrates the importance of that transfer to the regional economical sustainable development.
